Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Aaron Rodgers is preparing for retirement, and that includes getting his real estate ducks in a row. In May, the football pro announced that this will be his final season in the NFL. As he readies for a new era, Rodgers has listed his 10,000-square-foot New Jersey mansion for $15 million, Mansion Global reports.
Overlooking the New York City skyline, the property is a remnant of Rodgers’s time on the New York Jets, where he played for the 2023 and 2024 seasons. The California native bought the contemporary house, located on the border of Montclair and Cedar Grove, for $9.5 million in the summer of 2023. The glass-and-metal-lined home offers eight bedrooms (all en-suite) and a total of nine full baths. Stark white interiors with polished, radiant-heated floors unite most of the interior spaces—including the expansive primary bedroom, which merges with an open-plan bathroom (complete with a soaking tub and an oversized glass shower), and features an impressive walk-in closet and glass walls.
As one might expect from a professional athlete, the home’s lower level is a wellness and entertainment retreat, complete with a gym, a meditation room, a media and game room with a wet bar, and a wine cellar and cigar lounge. Outdoors, the wooded 2.4-acre property hosts a salt-chlorinated gunite swimming pool and an adjacent spa with a waterfall feature, a sauna, a cold plunge, and a fire pit with built-in seating.
Rodgers is also looking to sell his home in Wisconsin, where he played for the Green Bay Packers from 2005 through 2022. He listed that five-acre property, which features a 10,500-square-foot stone estate, last November for $3.7 million and has yet to find a buyer. Time will tell if the sportsman lists a Pittsburgh-area address once he wraps this season with the Steelers—and where he plans to spend his retirement years.
