Gabriel Jesus has reportedly rejected the chance to move to Turkey despite Arsenal receiving interest in the striker as they look to resolve his future this summer.
The Brazilian has entered the final year of his contract at the Emirates Stadium and has fallen further down Mikel Arteta’s attacking pecking order.
Arsenal are open to a permanent sale, with the club understood to value Jesus at around £18million to £20m.
However, his agent Giovanni Branchini has now made the striker’s position on a move to Turkey clear.
Speaking in a fresh update shared by AFC Xtra, Branchini said: “We received proposals from two clubs in Turkey but Gabriel Jesus does NOT want to move to Turkey.”

Jesus’ decision removes two potential destinations as Arsenal attempt to reshape their forward line before the transfer window closes.
Fenerbahce and Besiktas have both explored moves for the 29-year-old. Arsenal would prefer a permanent transfer rather than another loan as they look to avoid losing him for nothing when his contract expires next summer.
TEAMtalk reports that Arsenal are asking for around £18m to £20m for Jesus, with several clubs across Europe monitoring his situation.
Italy may now represent a more realistic destination.
Napoli have made contact with the striker’s representatives, while AC Milan and Juventus have also shown interest. Jesus has previously spoken positively about Serie A and the prospect of playing in Italy.
His future forms part of a wider attacking reshuffle at Arsenal.

Arteta now has several decisions to make before the window closes, with Viktor Gyokeres and Kai Havertz ahead of Jesus for the centre-forward role.
Arsenal remain willing to listen to offers, but the player will have a significant say in where he goes next.
For now, Turkey does not appear to be an option.
