Adam Vinatieri Bill Belichick Jordon Hudson
Adam Vinatieri did not hold back about his opinion of Bill Belichick and Jordon Hudson's relationship and roasted them during his NFL Hall of Fame speech on Saturday, Aug. 8.
“Unfortunately, Bill couldn’t make it today,” the former New England Patriots player said. “There’s a lot going on at UNC right now.”
Vinatieri added: “I thought it was because training camp had already started, but in truth, he was judging his girlfriend’s cheerleading competition.”
Hudson is a competitive cheerleader at the adult club Code Black located in Raleigh, NC. Belichick has been supportive of Hudson during her cheerleading career, as he has attended several competitions in the past. As for Belichick's absence at the Hall of Fame enshrinement, the eight-time Super Bowl champion-winning coach was not inducted after failing to get enough votes for his first ballot. Vinatieri was inducted alongside Drew Brees, Larry Fitzgerald, Luke Kuechly, and Roger Craig.

This is not the first time that the couple has been mocked on a big stage. At the ESPYs last year, comedian Shane Gillis roasted the couple on stage.
“A bookie,” Gillis said during his monologue before cracking a joke about the couple's nearly 50-year age gap, “is what Bill Belichick reads to his girlfriend before bedtime.”
“Also, I’m not trashing Bill Belichick,” Gillis continued. “First off, he’s 73-years-old and he’s dating a hot 24-year-old and people are criticizing him? What happened to this country? We used to be a great country.”
He added, “He won six Super Bowls. Yeah, he’s dating a hot 24-year-old. Maybe if you guys won six Super Bowls.”
Snoop Dogg also made a joke at the couple's expense during the NFL Honors last year.
“I've been a football fan for a long, long time,” Snoop said. “I remember back when the Cowboys was good. I remember back when the Chiefs was bad. And I remember — what was it? Bill Belichick's girlfriend wasn't even born yet.”

Belichick and Hudson began dating in 2023 after they met in 2021 on a flight from Massachusetts to Florida. In 2024, the two went public with their romance.
