Another player whose future at the Emirates is in doubt is Gabriel Jesus and a report from CaughtOffside claims that Napoli are showing 'very strong interest'. The Serie A giants are exploring a deal for the Brazilian striker who has endured an injury-plagued spell in North London.
Arsenal are only willing to consider negotiations for Jesus if offers of over €20 million (£17m) are made for the 29-year-old. The Naples outfit hold a long-term interest and tried signing the former Manchester City forward back in 2023 before he opted to stay put.
Jesus has a year remaining on his contract, which makes this summer the opportune time for the Gunners to cash in. Despite constant injury setbacks, he is a player Arteta likes and he made that clear when speaking midway through last season:
Jesus missed the majority of the 2024-25 campaign due to an ACL injury and this saw him sit out the start of last season. He returned during the winter and came in and out of Arteta's team, failing to earn a regular starting berth.
