Ndiaye rejects Saudi billions: Everton star decides Premier League future

Everton supporters can breathe a sigh of relief. Kind of. Winger Iliman Ndiaye has officially turned down a lucrative proposal to join Saudi Pro League side Al-Hilal, opting instead to remain in the Premier League.

According to Fabrizio Romano, the Senegal international made the definitive decision to reject the Middle Eastern club despite a staggering financial package being placed on the table.

Ndiaye’s ambition remains to compete at the highest level in England, making it clear that his immediate future lies in top-flight European football.

Al-Hilal had identified Ndiaye as a primary target in their summer recruitment drive, but the player’s commitment to staying in England puts an end to speculation regarding a move to Riyadh.

For Everton, retaining Ndiaye would represent a massive boost heading into the new season. Since arriving from Marseille, he has established himself as one of the most exciting creative outlets in the squad, capable of unlocking defences with his direct dribbling and flair.

While interest from domestic Premier League rivals could still resurface before the window shuts, Ndiaye’s firm rejection of Saudi riches signals his determination to stay focused on Merseyside and lead the Blues forward this year.
