Dépor ABANCA have completed the permanent signing of Portugal goalkeeper Inês Pereira following two seasons on loan from Everton. The 27-year-old has signed a contract with the Liga F club until June 2029. No transfer fee has been disclosed.
Pereira is already firmly established in A Coruña, having made 55 appearances across her two seasons with Dépor. Making the arrangement permanent therefore provides continuity in one of the team’s most important positions.

Inês Pereira initially joined Dépor on loan from Everton and spent the past two campaigns as a regular starter in [Liga F](https://womenfootball.blog/la-liga-f-liga-profesional-de-futbol-femenino/).
Her performances during the 2024/25 season earned her recognition as the league’s best goalkeeper. That award underlined how quickly she progressed from a temporary addition into one of Dépor’s most important players.
A further season in A Coruña strengthened that relationship. Rather than replacing a proven starter or arranging a third loan, Dépor have now secured Pereira through the summer of 2029.
The club retain a goalkeeper who already understands the team, competition and expectations surrounding the position. Pereira, meanwhile, gains long-term stability at the club where she has played her most consistent recent football.
Inês Pereira also brings senior international experience with Portugal. She appeared twice at the country’s most recent Women’s World Cup and played in three matches at the latest European Championship, strengthening her position within the national-team setup.
Those international minutes add another level of experience to a goalkeeper who has already demonstrated her quality over two full Liga F seasons.
There is little uncertainty surrounding this transfer. Dépor know exactly what Pereira offers, while the goalkeeper knows she can perform successfully in their environment. After 55 appearances on borrowed time, Pereira’s place in A Coruña is now permanent.
