Arsenal take on Como 1907 in their fifth pre-season friendly of the summer at the Emirates Stadium
Arsenal welcome back Cesc Fabregas to the Emirates Stadium alongside his Como side for their fifth pre-season friendly of the summer. The game will take place in a rather unique scenario with a once-in-a-generation solar eclipse set to occur before kick-off.
The Gunners managed to eclipse all of their rivals to become Premier League champions last season. Plenty of those title-winners have not been available for the club this pre-season after enjoying an extended holiday, but could be involved tonight.
Bruno Guimaraes will be the headline act, however, with expectations he could be involved in the game. The Brazilian signed for Arsenal in a deal worth £75million.
This will the Gunners’ final pre-season friendly before taking on Enzo Maresca and Manchester City in the FA Community Shield on Sunday.
