The second episode of HBO's Hard Knocks following along Seahawks training camp aired on Tuesday evening and in Episode 2, fans got a look at what a fiery head coach Mike Macdonald looks like, insight into Derick Hall's hobby of building trucks and the Seahawks hosting the San Antonio Spurs coaching staff, including Seattle-native, Mitch Johnson.

Episode 2 did a good job of showing fans what goes on at the Virginia Mason Athletic Center on any given day -- from the players shadow boxing, to sledgehammer holding competitions, to one of the best wide receivers in the league still being coachable.

Here are some top highlights from episode 2:

Head coach Mike Macdonald sets a standard and when it's not followed, there are real consequences. During practice, linebacker Derick Hall kept getting too close to quarterback Sam Darnold and Macdonald, who wants to keep the quarterback safe, was not happy with that. This led to an interaction that shows how much Macdonald doesn't mess around.

All of last season, the players talked about how much shadow boxing meant to the locker room in terms of being a connected team. During the episode, the Hard Knocks crew detailed how exactly to play and why the players like the game so much.

Marshawn Lynch is always going to be himself and he made an appearance during Seattle's football fest at Lumen Field as a ratings adjuster for Madden.

Here's what the media and fans are saying on social media:
