Liverpool have enquired about Monaco midfield sensation Lamine Camara, according to Foot Mercato.
It has been all change at Anfield over the summer with Andoni Iraola replacing Arne Slot at the helm and some familiar faces moving on.
Seeing experienced players Ibrahima Konate, Andy Robertson and Mohamed Salah all depart, the Reds have added to their squad with the signings of Jeremy Jacquet and Victor Munoz from Rennes and Osasuna respectively.
More still needs to be done on Merseyside to ensure Iraola has a squad capable of winning major honours as they bid to recover from such a disappointing 2025/26 campaign.
According to French outlet Foot Mercato, Liverpool are one of five Premier League clubs keen on signing Camara after his impressive performances for the Ligue 1 club.
Already receiving an official offer from Crystal Palace that has been rejected and Nottingham Forest ready to move, Liverpool, Chelsea and Manchester United are also interested in the Senegal international.
Monaco are expecting a very busy end to the transfer window when it comes to Camara given the interest from England and the door is reportedly not closed on a potential exit if a suitable offer arrives.

Camara recorded some excellent numbers from the game, including a 91 per cent pass completion rate, six passes into the final third, seven recoveries and five defensive contributions.
Monaco boss Filipe Luis was asked about his midfielder after the game and stated he is "very hopeful" Camara will stay when waxing lyrical about him.
"We are probably talking about one of the best midfielders in the world," said the former Chelsea defender when speaking to Monaco's official website. "I don't want to talk about him too much, because I know a lot of clubs would love to have him in their squad, and he is very important to me.
"He has that quality on the ball, covers a lot of ground, he is truly top class! I am really happy to have him, and he is going to play a key role in the team.
"Keeping him? I am very hopeful he will stay. I think he is happy in Monaco. So if he stays, he can play a key role in my game plan."
