‘Possibility’ – €70m Liverpool player’s dad makes massive transfer claim
Things are heating up for Liverpool as they aim to fine-tune their squad under new manager Andoni Iraola.
Three notable departures in Mohamed Salah, Ibrahima Konate and Andy Robertson have already been confirmed, while a few more could follow in the coming weeks.
Curtis Jones has been linked with a move to Inter Milan and with less than a year left on his deal, the Reds could do a deal if their price tag is met.
In recent weeks, Alexis Mac Allister, who is valued at around €70m, has also been linked with a Liverpool departure.
And now, his father has poured cold water over claims that the Argentine is looking for a transfer.
Alexis Mac Allister to stay at Liverpool
Mac Allister has been linked with Manchester City, Real Madrid and Galatasaray over the course of the summer transfer window.
And now, his dad, Carlos, has confirmed that he will remain at Anfield.
“Alexis will stay at Liverpool, and we have not discussed any possibility of him leaving the club this summer,” said Carlos Mac Allister via Win All sports.

With Jones looking like he could leave, keeping Mac Allister at the club is vital for Iraola.
When fit and firing, the Argentine is up there with the best midfielders in the world and he should thrive under the Spaniard, who will look to play front-footed football at Anfield.
