Fresh off ending their 22-year title drought, Arsenal enter the new campaign as bookmakers' favourites to defend their Premier League crown. Mikel Arteta’s side face high expectations at the summit of English football, with stability in the squad providing a solid foundation ahead of what promises to be an unpredictable title race among their main rivals.

For those looking at a wider margin, Arsenal are backed heavily at 1/12 to finish in the top 5.
In the market for Arsenal’s top team goalscorer, Bukayo Saka leads the betting at 6/4, with Kai Havertz (3/1) and Gabriel Martinelli (5/1) named as the top three contenders to top the club's scoring charts this season.

Arsenal’s goal is to defend their Premier League crown, as it should be. If successful, this will be the first time the club have won back-to-back titles since the 1930s, which demonstrates just how tough it is to do.
The changes at all of their main rivals further the unpredictable nature of the level of competition. Arsenal are the most stable club as things stand, although I would have liked to have seen more reinforcement than the replacement of Leandro Trossard with Christos Tzolis and the arrival of Bruno Guimaraes.
A forward was wanted and may yet still come in, but so far there is no doubt disappointment that the forward line has not been significantly upgraded. While the absence of William Saliba at the start of this season is also expected to create a challenge.
Arsenal would like to reinforce here too and failing to do so efficiently could be very detrimental to their title hopes. Mikel Aretta will be under big pressure to deliver a brand of football with more excitement, too, after last season’s highly scrutinised, although successful, approach.
