It's claimed that Bradley Barcola will sign a six-year deal at Liverpool — if the Reds can agree a transfer fee with Paris Saint-Germain.
French forward Barcola, 23, has emerged as one of Liverpool's top transfer targets this summer. The Reds are looking for a replacement for Mohamed Salah following his free transfer to Trabzonspor, while Hugo Ekitike is nursing a long-term Achilles injury.
Speculation over Barcola's future is growing. A private jet was spotted flying from Paris to Blackpool, a town near Liverpool, on Thursday, although there's no evidence to suggest Barcola was on board. Furthermore, PSG is close to signing a potential replacement.
Ferran Torres, who scored the winner for Spain during last month's World Cup final against Argentina, is on the verge of completing a transfer. As per the Evening Standard, PSG has agreed a £42.75 million ($57.8 million) deal with Barcelona for the Spanish forward.
Once Torres completes his proposed move to Paris, Barcola will fall even further down the pecking order. Last season, PSG boss Luis Enrique's preferred front three was made up of Khvicha Kvaratskhelia, Desire Doue and Ousmane Dembele.
Barcola found himself playing a supporting role as PSG went on to clinch a second successive Champions League title. PSG has also just signed Maghnes Akliouche from Monaco, further limiting Barcola's opportunities in the French capital.

Barcola was left on the bench for PSG's European Super Cup victory against Aston Villa on Wednesday. The signings of Akliouche and Torres suggest PSG is preparing for life without Barcola.
It's widely reported that personal terms between Barcola and Liverpool will not be an issue if a transfer fee is agreed. According to transfer expert Nicolo Schira, the forward will sign a contract with Liverpool until June 2032.
Schira also claimed that Liverpool is getting close to securing a £125 million ($169 million) deal with PSG for Barcola. That would match the transfer fee Liverpool paid to Newcastle for Alexander Isak this time last year.
It's believed PSG's initial asking price for Barcola was £145 million ($196 million). Liverpool will not want to pay that much for the Frenchman and will try to whittle down the price tag.
At just 23 years old, it's hoped that Barcola could lead Liverpool's attack for years to come.
He prefers to play on the left wing and impressed last season, scoring 13 goals and providing seven assists for PSG.
Barcola was even better during the 2024/25 campaign, scoring 21 goals and providing 21 assists for the French club.
He also impressed for France at this year's World Cup, finding the net three times to help his country reach the semifinals.
