Police are searching for suspects after an Arsenal shop near the Emirates Stadium was broken into in the early hours of Friday morning. The Arsenal Highbury store on Drayton Park had its front door damaged and partially toppled after being rammed.
The incident is believed to have occurred between 3.30am and 4.30am. The store has been cordoned off for several hours while forensic services examine the scene. Enquiries are ongoing to establish the full extent of what was taken.

A Metropolitan Police spokesperson said: “We understand the concern such incidents cause to retail workers and local communities. Although no arrests have been made at this stage, officers are working at pace to conduct forensic examinations and gather CCTV to identify and locate those responsible.”
Anyone with information, particularly dashcam or doorbell footage from the surrounding area during the relevant time window, is asked to contact the Met on 101 quoting reference 1035/14AUG. Alternatively, information can be passed anonymously to Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
