The Reds were held to a goalless draw in the first of two meetings against the Serie A side.
Liverpool have drawn 0-0 with Como in the first of their two pre-season meetings on Sunday, with the behind-closed-doors fixture taking place at the AXA Training Centre.
The game kicked off at 11:30am BST after Liverpool brought the start time forward by 30 minutes, with the fixture forming part of an unusual double-header against the Serie A side.

The match was played away from the attention of supporters, with Liverpool using the encounter as an opportunity to give minutes to a different group of players before the much-anticipated second meeting at Anfield later in the day.
The fixture consisted of two 35-minute halves, meaning the players were given 70 minutes of football rather than the traditional 90.
Alexis Mac Allister was among the notable names involved, making his first appearance of pre-season after returning to Liverpool following his involvement at the World Cup.
The Argentine midfielder started alongside a number of players looking to make an impression ahead of the new campaign, with the morning fixture providing Andoni Iraola with another opportunity to assess his squad.
Liverpool’s starting XI included Giorgi Mamardashvili, Calvin Ramsay, Wataru Endo, Luke Chambers, Kostas Tsimikas, James McConnell, Trey Nyoni, Harvey Elliott, Mac Allister, Victor Muñoz and Federico Chiesa.
Summer signing Victor Munoz impressed on several occasions with a series of impressive runs in what was his full debut for the club.
Wataru Endo played 70 minutes as he rebuilds his fitness after spending the majority of last season on the sidelines.
Lucas Pitt marked his first inclusion in a Liverpool first-team squad by making his unofficial debut for the club.
Changes were made during the shortened contest as Iraola continued to rotate his squad, with Kieran Morrison, Lewis Koumas and Kieran Wright among those introduced.
The goalless draw comes after Liverpool suffered consecutive pre-season defeats against Leeds United and Monaco, having previously beaten Sunderland and Wrexham.
There is, however, little time to dwell on the result, with Liverpool facing Como again at Anfield at 6pm.
The second fixture is expected to feature a stronger side, with supporters able to attend the final pre-season game before Liverpool begin their Premier League campaign against Newcastle United next weekend.
