Fans on social media have already hailed Arsenal summer arrival Christos Tzolis as this transfer window's best signing.
The Greek winger's £34million move from Club Brugge went somewhat under the radar, as he came through the doors at the Emirates Stadium while the north Londoners were chasing Vinicius Junior.
He was deployed for his full Arsenal debut by Mikel Arteta against Manchester City in the Community Shield. The 24-year-old was impressive on the left flank, combining well with the Gunners midfielders and Kai Havertz.
The Greek international also put Arsenal on the brink of victory when he provided a clever knockback for Havertz to head in Arsenal's second.
After the break, he then followed it up with a perfectly weighted pass from Martin Odegaard, who controlled the ball before sitting down Gianluigi Donnarumma, on his way to passing into an empty net.
Those watching on social media were certainly impressed by the ex-Norwich City ace. "Christos Tzolis might be one of our smartest and best signing in recent time. Just give me half of what you did in Club Brugge last season," one Arsenal fan said.

A concerned Everton supporter also commented: "I can see Christos Tzolis registering 30 G/A this season. It hurts to say it, but Tzolis is the best signing of the summer transfer window. Makes me sick to admit it."
A second Gunner also wrote: "Christos Tzolis is his name. This guy is the best signing for me coming to the Premier League with ridiculous numbers. 36 games, 17 goals, 23 assists. He's been impressive, not gonna lie."
Last season, Tzolis registered an outstanding 22 goals and 29 assists in 52 appearances for Club Brugge. If he maintains the standard he set in the opening hour against the Cityzens, he may well register similar numbers for the north Londoners.

At the start of the month, Arteta made it clear Arsenal's fans would quickly fall in love with the unpredictable winger, who has come in as a direct replacement for Leandro Trossard. The Gunners' boss said: "I'm very pleased with him. First of all, the way he has adapted to the club, to the team, the connection he's already generated with the boys.
"I think you're going to love the player. He's a very direct player. He's got the ball between the eyes. I think really good at linking up. He has a lot of similarities with Leo in a lot of the things that he can do and the spaces he can occupy.
"And then the work ethic that he has. He's a boy that comes with so much hunger as well and wants to prove it. It's a dream for him and we are here to help him."
