Mikel Arteta is set to face the media after his Arsenal side's impressive victory over Manchester City to win the Community Shield for the 18th time.
Riccardo Calafiori put the Gunners one-nil up inside just 25 seconds after the man who has become the headline act of the last fortnight, Myles Lewis-Skelly, fed a beautifully crafted pass between the lines. Kai Havertz then had the pleasure of scoring against City once again, heading in after a well-crafted aerial move.
Christos Tzolis has gained plenty of admirers already, his header finding the German before he then spotted a free Martin Odegaard in the box, where the skipper produced the goal of the game, cutely beating Gianluigi Donnarumma.
What really showed beyond the quality for Arteta was the level of strength in depth of this Arsenal squad. There is still aims to improve the team, and questions are being asked about the window, but what this will go a long way to improving the mood in the fanbase.
