Chelsea value Pedro Neto at close to £100million with several clubs from England and abroad expressing an interest in the Portuguese winger.

The Blues are not actively looking to sell the 26-year-old wide man before the conclusion of the summer transfer window in just over two weeks' time but will discuss a deal if the price is right. Said price has been described by sources as close to the £100m-mark due to the inflated market for wingers at the time of writing.

While Chelsea view Neto as an important option to Xabi Alonso for the manager's debut season at Stamford Bridge, he is also seen as expendable. Yan Diomande's £120m move to Real Madrid earlier in the summer really set the benchmark for wingers and their transfer values. Liverpool have been quoted £145m by Paris Saint-Germain for France international Bradley Barcola.

Saudi Arabian club Al-Hilal are said to be keen on Neto, who also has admirers from the Premier League with just over a fortnight before the window closes.

While Chelsea are yet to receive any formal offers for Neto, the west London club are more than aware of heavy interest for the speedy winger.

Alonso has a multitude of winger options to choose from ahead of Chelsea's Premier League opener away at Fulham in a week. Cole Palmer, Estevao Willian, Geovany Quenda, Morgan Rogers, Jamie Gittens and Mykhailo Mudryk can all play on at least one side, so selling Neto would not leave Alonso short in wide areas by any means.

Neto was used as a wing back in Chelsea's final pre-season friendly against Real Sociedad at the weekend. The Portugal international impressed in an unusual role at Stamford Bridge as Alonso experimented with a different formation to the one he used for the majority of the summer.

Chelsea are expected to be more focused on sales in the final days of the transfer window following the signings of Rogers, Jordan Henderson, Danny Welbeck, Marco Palestra, Maxence Lacroix and Pep Chavarria.
