Time is running out for clubs to secure fresh talent for the upcoming season, with just two weeks of the summer transfer window left to work with. Things are starting to fall into place, with deals slowly but surely getting across the line. Rodri's move to Barcelona is edging towards a conclusion, which should open the door for Ayyoub Bouaddi to join from Lille. Manchester City are still said to be looking at Enzo Fernandez from Chelsea, despite the Blues' proposed deadline that came and went without a deal being submitted.
Speaking of midfielders at Manchester clubs, United's pre-season preparations have been rocked following news that Bruno Fernandes is attracting attention. Meanwhile, Liverpool, Arsenal and Tottenham are all pushing to sign attacking reinforcements before the September 1 deadline.
Bradley Barcola latest amid Premier League interest
Bradley Barcola remains of interest to Premier League clubs, most notably Liverpool.
It's reported by L'Equipe in France that Liverpool are gearing up to submit another offer this week.
Barcola is said to have made it clear that if he leaves Paris Saint-Germain, he wants it to be for Liverpool.
PSG are said to value Barcola at around £130million, but Liverpool have no interest of matching that valuation.
They are instead hoping to secure his services for much less than that figure.

Liverpool strike agreement with Ibrahim Mbaye
Liverpool have reportedly reached an agreement with Ibrahim Mbaye.
The Paris Saint-Germain youngster has been identified as a potential forward signing for the Reds.
Mbaye has been open to a move away from the French capital, and RMC Sport claim personal terms have been agreed.
It's also reported that Mbaye has made his decision and will opt for a move to Liverpool.
Bayer Leverkusen had been linked with a move, as had Liverpool's Premier League rivals, Manchester United.
It is now up to Liverpool to submit a bid that PSG will deem acceptable.

Bruno Fernandes gets Galatasaray as Man Utd future cast in doubt
Bruno Fernandes' future at Manchester United has been cast in doubt following an offer from Galatasaray.
It's sparked contract talks between United and Fernandes, whose current deal expires next summer.
There is an option for an extra 12 months, with his last extension having arrived in August 2024.
It's reported by The Athletic that Galatasaray have offered Fernandes a contract worth £17.1million per year.
Fernandes had a release clause worth £55m open to clubs abroad earlier this summer, but that has now expired.
It comes 12 months after Fernandes was being courted by Saudi Pro League side Al Hilal.
