Reports are coming in that Kyle Monangai’s knee was hyperextended by contact (in a non-contact practice), and the injury will cost him and the Bears a multiple-week loss of his services. The team has not yet confirmed anything.

Chicago Bears running back Kyle Monangai is expected to miss multiple weeks after sustaining a knee injury during practice on Sunday, a source told ESPN’s Jeremy Fowler. An MRI revealed that Monangai hyperextended his right knee, which forced him to leave practice early on Sunday.
