Joelinton - out
Joelinton featured in friendlies against Valencia and Everton but missed the Malta Weekender through injury.
The Brazilian had been recovering from a muscle injury that saw him miss the latter part of last season.
What’s been said?
Matthias Jaissle revealed: “You need experience in the current squad. Now with Joelinton, a player who's unfortunately injured, so he will be missing a couple of weeks as it looks right now. This is something we need to solve as soon as possible.
When asked for more details on the injury, Jaissle added: “Well, he will miss for sure the first weeks, but all details will be followed.”

Tino Livramento - out
Livramento has missed all of pre-season after picking up a calf injury that forced him to withdraw from England’s World Cup squad.
The 23-year-old right-back is understood to be closing in on a return but the Premier League opener against Liverpool is likely to come too soon.

Joe Willock - doubt
Willock was forced off in the closing stages of normal time as Newcastle lost on penalties to French club Strasbourg in their final pre-season on Sunday.
The exact nature of the injury is yet to be confirmed, though it has been suggested the former Arsenal midfielder has picked up a groin issue.
