Hull City have reportedly expressed an interest in Stade de Reims and Japan winger Keito Nakamura.
The 26-year-old enjoyed a stellar 2025/26 campaign, registering 14 goals across 29 appearances in the second tier of French football.
He has also made his mark on the international scene with Japan, picking up 29 caps and weighing in with 11 goals.
His exploits appear to have put him on the radar of Hull, who are looking to bolster their attack with a Premier League return just around the corner.

However, he is now thought to be keen on leaving Stade de Reims, a factor that could hand Hull a boost in their pursuit.
A move to the MKM Stadium would reunite the wideman with his international teammate Hidemasa Morita, who joined the Tigers from Sporting Lisbon earlier on in the summer.
Hull City’s summer business
Hull have embarked on a signing spree since their promotion to the Premier League but most fans would argue there is still plenty of work to be done.
The Tigers are due to host Manchester United for their league opener on Saturday (August 22), with summer business not yet completed.

Regarding Hull’s transfer plans, owner Acun Ilıcalı told Mail Online: “It is easy to say, ‘Get the Premier League boys and be safe’. But most of the boys you can bring from the Premier League will not be wanted by their club, so you will not be able to take the shiny ones. Manchester United or City will take those shiny ones, but they will not come to us.
“So instead of Premier League players past the top of their careers, I go for those who have the dream of playing in the Premier League - boys who want to play in the best league in the world.”
