Liverpool have had a quiet summer so far when compared to what was expected when Andoni Iraola replaced Arne Slot at the helm.
The Reds have already lost three key players in Ibrahima Konate, Mohamed Salah and Andy Robertson, which will come as a huge blow to the club in terms of quality options and leaders in the squad.
Since January, Curtis Jones has been linked with a move to Inter Milan, with the young Scouser growing disgruntled with his lack of game time at Anfield.
And now, Fabrizio Romano has confirmed that the Serie A champions have agreed a deal to sign the England international.
Curtis Jones to leave Liverpool
Jones has less than a year left on his current deal and the two parties showed no signs of discussing an extension before he agreed a deal with Inter.
And now, Romano reveals Inter have finally agreed a deal, with a medical set to happen later in the week.

Getting €35m for a player with less than a year left on his deal is a good deal for Liverpool, but they’d have loved to keep Jones as a squad option.
It’s hard to see one of our own depart, but good luck for what’s next, Curtis.
