Express Sport rounds up all of the latest transfer news and updates.

We're into the final two weeks of the window, and things have finally burst into life. After weeks of working on deals, clubs are starting to make their moves, with all sorts of names flying around and being mentioned as potential deals. Ezri Konsa to Arsenal and Carlos Baleba to Manchester United are two of the biggest transfer stories to emerge this week, while Tottenham are believed to be tracking two Manchester City forwards.

It's reported Spurs could look to splash £150milllion on Savinho and Omar Marmoush as they look to bolster their attack. They could also move for Cody Gakpo if Liverpool sign two wingers, one of them Bradley Barcola, in time. City themselves have plenty of business left to do. The noise coming out of the club is that any departure will be replaced, meaning there could still be as many as five new arrivals this summer. It promises to be a busy fortnight.

The Gunners struck an agreement with Aston Villa to sign the defender.

It's expected to be a fee in the region of £51m, with Arsenal keen to add depth at the back following William Saliba's injury.

Konsa has impressed in the Premier League for Aston Villa and was a key member of the England World Cup squad.

Man City schedule fresh talks for Ayyoub Bouaddi

Manchester City are reportedly scheduling fresh talks for Ayyoub Bouaddi.

The midfielder has been linked all summer, with suggestions that a deal is close.

That's according to Fabrizio Romano, who reports Bouaddi is waiting for the green light to travel to Manchester.

The final fee is yet to be decided, but it's rumoured to be in the region of £85million.

Bouaddi has impressed at Lille and was a fixture in Morocco's side at the 2026 World Cup.

Tottenham eyeing double Man City swoop worth £150m

Tottenham are reportedly eyeing up a double Manchester City swoop involving Savinho and Omar Marmoush.

The two forwards are deemed surplus to requirements at City and would be allowed to leave if a fee can be agreed.

Roberto De Zerbi is desperate to improve his forward line, having already signed several players in the midfield and defensive departments.

It's being reported that the double swoop could cost as much as £150m, with City said to be keen to replace both players should they depart.

It would complete their midfield rebuild, having already signed Andrey Santos from Chelsea and Youri Tielemans from Aston Villa.

There is an expectation that a deal will get done, with suggestions a fee could be in the region of £65million.

Liverpool expect Bradley Barcola agreement

Liverpool and PSG both expect to reach an agreement over Bradley Barcola.

That's according to RMC Sport, who claim Barcola is keen to join the Reds should he leave Paris Saint-Germain.

Barcola hasn't been able to establish himself as a starter at PSG, and therefore will be allowed to leave at the right priee.

But only for a handsome fee, with suggestions PSG's initial valuation started at around £160million.

Recent reports have said the eventual fee could now be around £110m.

And both clubs, plus the player's representatives, expect a deal to be struck soon.

Liverpool are still desperate for attacking reinforcements, having waved goodbye to Mohamed Salah at the end of last season.
