According to Italian journalist Romano, West Ham have agreed to a deal to sign Mukasa from Manchester City on a straight loan in the summer transfer window.
A medical has been booked with West Ham, agreeing terms for the 18-year-old, and it's a straight loan with no buy option clause.
Mukasa spent the second half of last season on loan at then-Championship side Leicester City, but he couldn't help them avoid relegation to League One.
