Crystal Palace are closing in on an agreement with Chelsea to sign out-of-favour centre-back Axel Disasi on a season-long loan deal. The 28-year-old French defender has been completely frozen out at Stamford Bridge and is now set for another temporary switch across London to reinforce Pierre Sage's defensive line ahead of the new campaign.
