David Moyes will speak at his Everton press conference today
Everton's second season at Hill Dickinson Stadium gets underway on Saturday with the visit of Crystal Palace, and David Moyes will be eyeing a fast start.
The Blues host the south Londoners after a pre-season which featured a two-match tour of Germany and an impressive win over Newcastle United in Edinburgh, while new signings such as Hayden Hackney and Brennan Johnson have been integrated into the side.
There is still work to do in the transfer market, but Moyes will be desperate to get off to a winning start when he welcomes new Palace boss Pierre Sage to the banks of the Mersey.
Chris Beesley will be in attendance to hear from the Blues boss this afternoon.
