The Dolphins signed McCloud about two weeks ago. A strong contributor to the Giants’ secondary earlier in his career, McCloud was rated as the 104th-best cornerback in the NFL last year out of 112 players graded at the position by Pro Football Focus.
Seattle is bringing Hicks back after waiving him three days ago. He’ll fill the roster spot that opened when the team placed fellow wide receiver Jake Bobo on injured reserve.
