As most of you probably know by now, our site is running a Best Things Ever Tournament bracket during August and September, asking you to choose between randomly good things to narrow 64 of them down to the Best Thing for 2026!
We ran two polls yesterday and one today. Here’s your second for a Sunday afternoon. It pits one of the most entertaining voices (and darn good players) ever to grace the NBA, **Charles Barkley**, against the sweetest among canines, Golden Retrievers. Barkley has provided countless hours of entertainment for basketball fans just like the ones who grace this site. But Golden Retrievers, man…even the reels are great, let alone actually having one.
