Liverpool are up against the clock to make additions to their squad with the transfer window closing in a week's time. Spanish winger Victor Munoz, Barcelona loanee Ronald Araujo and French defender Jeremy Jaquet are the only new recruits at Anfield so far this summer.
Curtis Jones left Liverpool last week, meaning the Reds have shifted their focus onto incomings. Liverpool have been linked with a move for PSG star Bradley Barcola for much of the summer, and a deal could be completed this week with the transfer window closing on September 1.
Barcola exiled
Barcola has been omitted from Luis Enrique's PSG squad for two recent games, as his future remains uncertain. According to RMC Sport, Barcola, and Ibrahim Mbaye, who has also been linked with Liverpool this summer, will not be involved in the club's matches until their situations are resolved.
Both players were left out of PSG's squad for their French Super Cup defeat to Lens last weekend as well as the club's Ligue 1 opener at Rennes on Sunday night.
Liverpool have been chasing the French international Barcola for much of the summer, with PSG reportedly demanding in excess of £140million for the player. The Reds, however, are not prepared to pay that much.

Barcola is also understood to be keen on joining Iraola's side. While PSG's valuation is a problem, it has recently been claimed in the French media that an offer between £111m and £128m could seal the deal to finally bring the French international to Anfield.

Personal terms agreed
Gambian international Minteh has reportedly agreed personal terms with Liverpool after the Reds had two bids for the winger rejected. The Reds had an opening offer of £50m for the Brighton winger turned down last week.

Despite increasing that figure by £10m, a second offer was declined. However, the Reds reportedly remain determined to get a deal over the line before the transfer deadline passes.
Fabrizio Romano claims, while "Bradley Barcola is the priority," Minteh "has already agreed personal terms with Liverpool.
He added that the player "dreams" of moving to Anfield and is now waiting for Brighton and Liverpool to agree on a fee for the transfer.
