Liverpool is preparing a third bid for Yankuba Minteh, according to Foday Manneh, who broke news on the first to offers the Reds made to Brighton.
It's claimed the new offer will be improved, while the player is waiting to formalize his personal terms.

PSG advisor Luis Campos has discussed Bradley Barcola's future at the club, amid doubts over the winger and a potential switch to Liverpool.
He said: "The transfer window isn’t over at all. Even with incoming transfers, if we find a good opportunity, we’re going to go for it. In terms of departures, we’ll see what happens regarding Barcola and Mbaye.
"I understand that your questions about them but you also have to understand my position. We’ll see what happens at the end of the window, remember last year with Donnarruma it was done at the end of the window. We’ll see."
