Allan is reportedly already in Manchester for a medical with both the fee and personal terms already agreed.
He came through the Palmeiras youth teams and made his first team debut in January 2025. He made 61 appearances for the Brazilian club, scoring seven goals.

City signed Elliot Anderson for a club record £116m from Nottingham Forest in June and have agreed a £85.6m deal with Lille for 18-year-old Morocco international midfielder Ayyoub Bouaddi, while reports on Monday linked them with a move for Liverpool winger Cody Gakpo.
