The 53rd PFA Awards Ceremony takes place in Manchester this evening, with eight major awards and the respective Teams of the Year to be presented. Arsenal are well represented among the nominees following last season’s Premier League title success.
Declan Rice, David Raya and Gabriel have all been shortlisted for the PFA Players’ Player of the Year. They face strong competition from Manchester United captain Bruno Fernandes, who broke the Premier League assist record with 21, as well as Manchester City’s Erling Haaland and Rayan Cherki.

In the Young Player of the Year category, Arsenal’s Max Dowman is among the nominees alongside City pair Cherki and Nico O’Reilly, plus Eli Junior Kroupi, Rio Ngumoha and Kobbie Mainoo.
