Chelsea are set to be a key player in the final part of this transfer window and could end up doing business with two of their rivals, Manchester City and Liverpool.
City are not giving up on Enzo Fernandez, whose head already appears to be away from Chelsea. After Monday night’s 3-2 win over Fulham, Fernandez showed zero acknowledgement to the travelling Chelsea supporters before heading down the tunnel.
As for Liverpool, they appear to be interested in quite a few Chelsea players.
According to Si Phillips Talks Chelsea, they are keen on Pedro Neto, Malo Gusto and Josh Acheampong. So what should the Blues do with each one if bids arrive?

Pedro Neto — Sell
Neto could be a very useful player for Xabi Alonso this season. He can play in multiple positions, including right wing-back.
However, Chelsea are stacked in attack and could end up making some serious profit on the winger.
It is thought that Chelsea want £100m for Neto, and after Tottenham Hotspur paid £85m for Savinho, who has scored just two Premier League goals in two years, they are well within their rights to ask for that much. If Liverpool are willing to pay that fee or something close to it, the Blues should not say no.

Malo Gusto — Keep (for now)
If Neto goes and Alonso wants to keep using James in midfield, it would make sense to keep hold of Gusto.
The Frenchman can compete with Marco Palestra for the right wing-back or right-back position. With that being said, Gusto is replaceable.
A good offer in the future or even now should not be immediately rejected by the Club World Cup winners.

Josh Acheampong — Keep
This one is an easy call. And if it were not before Monday, it certainly is now.
Acheampong put in a phenomenal performance against Fulham and has all the characteristics needed to be a successful modern-day centre-half in the future.
He is tall, strong, quick and very intelligent on the pitch for someone his age. Acheampong does not panic or make rash decisions, which is quite surprising for a 20-year-old.
Chelsea should not sell him and certainly not to one of their fiercest Premier League rivals. If the England Under-21 international wants more game time, they should loan him out instead.
