Igor Tyjon has posted a farewell message on Instagram ahead of his expected move to Arsenal. The 18-year-old Blackburn Rovers striker shared an emotional goodbye to the club and its supporters as he prepares for the next stage of his career.
Tyjon has been a long-term target for the Gunners after previous approaches were rejected. A deal has been agreed for an initial fee of around £1million to £1.2million plus add-ons, and the England youth international completed his medical last week.

The versatile forward will join Arsenal’s under-21 setup while training with the first team. He declined professional terms at Ewood Park in order to pursue the switch to north London and is expected to receive some senior minutes under Mikel Arteta this season.
