Nottingham Forest have completed the signing of Ousmane Diomande, Xaver Schlager and Steven Benda this summer, paying a fee only for Diomande, who joined from Sporting Lisbon for £34m.
However, Forest have sold England midfielder Elliot Anderson to Manchester City for a club-record £116m, while former Liverpool striker Taiwo Awoniyi has joined Coventry City for £9m.

Forest host Leeds United in the Carabao Cup second round on Tuesday, just days after their Premier League defeat to the same opponents. Morgan Gibbs-White will miss the game with a knee injury but is hopeful of returning for Saturday’s trip to Liverpool.
According to The Telegraph’s John Percy, Chelsea and Forest have reached an agreement for the permanent transfer of Liam Delap. The fee is expected to be a club-record £45million, with the striker’s medical scheduled for the next 24 hours.
Percy posted on X: “Chelsea and Forest have now reached an agreement on a permanent transfer for Liam Delap. Fee will be club record of circa £45m and medical expected in the next 24 hours.”
Delap attracted interest from several other Premier League clubs, including Everton, but Forest have secured his signing.
Delap has been training separately from Chelsea’s first-team squad after being left out of the squad for Monday’s Premier League clash with Fulham. He also lost the No.9 shirt to fellow forward Joao Pedro last week.
The 23-year-old joined Chelsea from Ipswich Town for £30m just over 12 months ago but scored only one league goal last season after suffering shoulder and hamstring injuries.
His arrival at Nottingham Forest would provide competition for Chris Wood and Igor Jesus. Chelsea are also keen to sanction further sales and loan departures before the September 1 deadline, with 39 senior players currently on their books.
Oliver Glasner is also keen to strengthen his wing-back options. “The club is working very hard to get these deals done,” the former Crystal Palace boss said. “I’m very confident that we will get in two more high-quality players.”
