Liverpool open talks for Dario Osorio transfer

Dario Osorio offers range and attacking quality
The 22-year-old Chilean international is a quick, direct, left-footed right-winger. Born in January 2004, he played in Chile before moving to Denmark in 2023. He is 1.84 meters tall and has a good physical presence to match his technical qualities. He can go inside and trouble defenders in one-on-one situations. The player is also versatile, playing as a right midfielder, attacking midfielder, or even a central striker.
His defensive work rate is just as impressive. The Midtjylland technical director, Kristian Kjaer, praised the transition runs of Dario Osorio to the backline. He even drew parallels with another Chilean great, Alexis Sanchez. Osorio has produced very good numbers for his side. He has scored 23 goals and provided 18 assists in 117 games.
Moreover, he has won the league title and the Danish Cup. His European stats include great goals in the Europa League against Hoffenheim and Real Sociedad. At the start of the 2026/27 campaign, he has given 2 assists in 3 starts, playing 270 minutes in the Danish League. He has also won 29 duels and made 19 defensive recoveries.
