Liverpool has apparently agreed personal terms with transfer target Bradley Barcola, but negotiations are still ongoing with Paris Saint-Germain over the final fee

Bradley Barcola's move to Liverpool appears to be inching closer, as the Reds face crunch talks with Paris Saint-Germain over a deal for the winger.
The 23-year-old has been a target for the Merseyside club all summer, but there has been a clear gap in valuation between the two parties, creating something of a stand-off.
As time on the transfer window clock has ticked down, the teams appear to be moving closer towards reaching common ground on a final fee for the winger, with plenty of belief that a transfer will be completed. There are important days ahead, however, with less than a week left for the mere discussions to become concrete agreements between Liverpool and PSG, to move from simple interest to a sealed deal.
Those crunch talks have already been planned, with reports stating that chiefs from both clubs will meet up to clarify the situation surrounding Barcola, and whether a transfer can be agreed or not.
While there is some hope that the summer-long pursuit can finally be closed, things on the player side appear to be sealed by Liverpool.
That's because ESPN reports that personal terms between Barcola and the Reds have now been agreed, which leaves it up to the club-to-club negotiations as the final detail regarding fees and finances.

It's claimed that the French international isn't pushing for an exit, despite being keen to move to Anfield, and he isn't against the idea of staying at PSG for another year if he has to.
However, despite that stance, there is still confidence that an agreement will be reached, with a new offer expected from Liverpool within the next two days, which could finally bring proceedings to an end.
Liverpool's move for Barcola has been lined up for a while, and with the player's contract only having two years remaining, alongside PSG's recent decision to leave him and fellow Liverpool-linked star Ibrahim Mbaye out of the team due to their transfer situation, it shows the willingness to get the move sealed.
"In terms of departures, we'll see what happens regarding Barcola and Mbaye," PSG chief Luis Campos recently told French television about the pair. "I understand your questions about them, but you also have to understand my position.
"We'll see what happens at the end of the window, remember last year with Donnarumma, it was done at the end of the window. We'll see."
Should the transfer saga finally come to a close, then Liverpool's next priority will be to strengthen the right flank, which has been a larger problem over the summer so far.
The likes of Yan Diomande, Yankuba Minteh, and Mbaye have seemingly come and gone as possible targets, with Ismaila Sarr appearing as the latest option on the cards for the wing.
It remains to be seen how the rest of the summer window will play out, but Liverpool is leaving it late to get a lot of business done.
