Liverpool are entering the final days of the summer transfer window with further business still possible as Andoni Iraola continues to shape his squad.
The Reds have already added Jeremy Jacquet, Víctor Munoz and Ronald Araujo on loan, but the club remains active in the market with the deadline approaching.

Liverpool’s immediate focus will also turn back to Premier League matters after Sunday’s 2-2 draw with Newcastle United at St James’ Park. Dominik Szoboszlai’s stoppage-time penalty rescued a point for Iraola’s side after Newcastle twice took the lead.
The Reds will now prepare for their first home league fixture of the season when Nottingham Forest visit Anfield on Saturday.
With the transfer window closing on September 1, Liverpool continue to be linked with attacking reinforcements. Paris Saint-Germain winger Bradley Barcola and Brighton’s Yankuba Minteh, while Liverpool have also opened talks with Crystal Palace over Ismaila Sarr.
Away from Liverpool’s current transfer activity, a former Reds defender has now completed a move of his own.
Sparta Prague have officially announced the signing of Ki-Jana Hoever from Wolverhampton Wanderers.
The Czech club confirmed that the 24-year-old right-back has signed a multi-year contract after ending his six-year spell with Wolves.
Sparta Prague described Hoever as a player who can provide pace, strength, technical quality and the ability to play forward from the right side.
Hoever began his career in the Ajax academy before joining Liverpool in August 2018. He made his senior debut for the Reds just five months later, coming off the bench against Wolves in the FA Cup after Dejan Lovren suffered an injury.
That appearance made Hoever the third-youngest player to represent Liverpool in a competitive match at the time. He later scored against MK Dons in the EFL Cup before Wolves signed him at the beginning of the 2020/21 season for almost €10 million.
Hoever went on to make 33 appearances for Wolves while spending much of his time away from Molineux on loan. His temporary spells included PSV Eindhoven, Stoke City, Auxerre and Sheffield United.
He returned to Wolves last season and made eight Premier League appearances before joining Sheffield United on loan for the second half of the campaign.
