The 2026/27 Champions League league-phase draw takes place on Thursday, August 27, 2026, held live at the Grimaldi Forum in Monaco.
The ceremony officially begins at 5pm (UK time), with software-assisted fixture generation following the initial opening speeches and awards.
Viewers in the UK can watch the draw live on TV via TNT Sports 1, stream it on HBO Max, or view it free on UEFA’s website and YouTube channel.
Five Premier League clubs are taking part: Arsenal, Liverpool and Manchester City in Pot 1, alongside Manchester United and Aston Villa in Pot 2.
36 qualified clubs are split into four seeded pots, with each team set to be drawn against eight different opponents (two from each pot).
Teams cannot be drawn against clubs from their own domestic association in the league phase, nor face more than two opponents from any single other country.
