Chelsea will welcome to Leeds to Stamford Bridge in another top-flight tie should they beat Luton in tonight's second-round clash.
Holders Manchester City are home to Norwich and Bournemouth and Crystal Palace also host Championship opposition with respective ties against Lincoln and Middlesbrough.
Newcastle face a tough looking trip to in-form Millwall, Everton entertain Wolves and West Ham will be at home to the winners of Fulham or Wimbledon.
Brentford make the short trip to Reading, while the remaining ties see Sheffield United at Fleetwood, Leyton Orient at home to Bradford and Peterborough meeting Barnsley.
Ties will be played in the weeks commencing 7 and 14 September.
