Liverpool have pursued Paris Saint-Germain attacker Bradley Barcola for most of the summer window and hope to finally conclude a deal with the help of their new investor group.

Liverpool hope to conclude a deal for Bradley Barcola before the end of the summer transfer window - and has drafted in their new investors to help get it over the line.
The Reds have pursued the Frenchman for a number of months and have had a number of offers turned away by Paris Saint-Germain. However, an agreement has now been reached with PSG to complete a blockbuster move.
It comes after Fabrizio Romano, via his YouTube channel, revealed that Liverpool's new investment group, 1892 Holdings, have been actively involved in the discussions and are looking to finalize terms soon in a deal which could be worth $155million.
The investment company acquired a 38 percent stake in the club earlier this month and supporters have been crossing their fingers that they would provide a shot in the arm for Liverpool in terms of transfer business.
So punters can rest easy knowing that now seems to be the case with Romano insistent that 1892 Holdings have joined multiple names at the club in attempting to seal the deal.
Reports recently suggested that Barcola had agreed personal terms with Liverpool with a deal inching closer.
With contract details already ironed out - if that is indeed the case - all that would be left for the signing to be made official would be an agreement between clubs on a transfer fee.

PSG are reportedly holding out for top dollar for their star who played with France at this summer's World Cup and chipped in with some goals for Les Bleus.
The French giants' chief Luis Campos recently discussed the Barcola situation and hinted that a deal could still be done for the playmaker as well as his teammate, Ibrahim Mbaye, who is wanted by Bayern Munich.
"In terms of departures, we'll see what happens regarding Barcola and Mbaye. I understand your questions about them, but you also have to understand my position.
"We'll see what happens at the end of the window, remember last year with Donnarumma, it was done at the end of the window. We'll see."
