DraftKings and FanDuel have been NFL partners in the sports betting category since 2021, while Fanatics Betting and Gaming is expanding its existing relationship with the league into sports betting.
Under the new agreements, all three companies will be able to use NFL marks within the sports betting category and promote both online and retail sports betting. They will also have opportunities to activate around major NFL events, including the Super Bowl and NFL Draft, while receiving access to hospitality and VIP experiences.
The deals come at an interesting time for the NFL. The league’s previous sportsbook partnerships with DraftKings, FanDuel and Caesars expired earlier this year, leaving the NFL without official sportsbook partners for part of the offseason.
Now, the league has three major operators in place heading into the regular season.

The new agreements also give the sportsbooks access to official NFL data, including real-time play-by-play statistics, Next Gen Stats and BetVision through Genius Sports, the league’s exclusive data distribution partner.
The NFL is also emphasizing game integrity and responsible gambling as sports betting continues to become more prominent around the league. The three partners have agreed to follow the NFL’s integrity policies and cooperate with the league on intelligence sharing and responsible gambling initiatives.
The league will also prohibit certain types of wagers, including bets involving officiating and injuries, as well as wagers that could be easily manipulated or known in advance.
For fans, the partnerships will mean even more integration between the NFL and the sports betting industry throughout the season.
