Done deal: Barcelona academy product Tunde now officially a West Brom player

Kareem Tunde's transfer to West Brom is now done and dusted, with the Championship outfit officially confirming the signing of the dual-national forward on Thursday.

By signing a four-year deal with the Baggies, the left-footed winger ended his association with Levante, where he spent four years.

Tunde is a product of Barcelona's famed La Masia academy and also spent the formative years of his career with two other Catalan clubs Espanyol and CF Damm Youth.

The winger joined Levante during the 2022/23 season to bolster their Juvenil A side, helping the team win the División de Honor league title the following campaign.

He subsequently stepped up to Atlético Levante UD before making his first team debut on December 20, 2025, featuring in the final game of the year against Real Sociedad at the Ciutat de València Stadium.

Eligible for the Super Eagles through his father, he has departed Levante after appearing in twenty-two matches in Spain's top-flight.

The 21-year-old was among the spectators on Wednesday night as West Brom narrowly lost 3-2 to Newcastle United in the second round of the Carabao Cup.

Tunde revealed that he was excited about the move to West Brom and hoped to repay the club's faith by scoring goals and providing assists.
