Patriots Star A.J. Brown, Wife Announce Exciting Family News image

A.J. Brown’s first season with the New England Patriots already represented the beginning of an important new chapter.
Now the star receiver and his family are preparing for another. Brown and his wife, Kelsey Riley, are expecting their second child together. Riley revealed the pregnancy Wednesday while celebrating her 29th birthday.
She shared a collection of photos on Instagram showing her baby bump and accompanied them with a simple message: “Here’s to 29.”
The couple has not publicly announced the baby’s sex or expected arrival date. The news arrives only three months after Brown and Riley were married in California.
A.J. Brown’s Eventful Offseason Keeps Getting Better
Brown and Riley exchanged vows May 16 during an oceanfront ceremony at Montage Laguna Beach. The celebration incorporated Riley’s Louisiana roots and included approximately 200 guests. Brown’s former Philadelphia Eagles teammates Saquon Barkley, DeVonta Smith and Darius Slay were among the NFL players reportedly in attendance.

Brown and Riley welcomed their son, Arthur Juan Brown Jr., in September 2022. He also is known as Deuce. Brown has a daughter, Jersee, from a previous relationship. Both children participated in the wedding celebration.
The Patriots receiver has spoken openly about the importance of family throughout his NFL career.
“Man, I’m a happy, happy man,” Brown previously told SJ Magazine. “My kids, I love being with my family.”
Brown explained that when he is away from football, he wants to spend his time watching movies, changing diapers and playing with his children. His family soon will have another member.

Brown Begins New Football Chapter With Patriots
Brown’s personal milestone comes during a transformational offseason on the football side. The Patriots acquired him from the Eagles on June 1 in exchange for a 2028 first-round draft pick and a 2027 fifth-round selection. The move reunited Brown with Mike Vrabel, who coached him during his first three NFL seasons with the Tennessee Titans.
Brown became one of the league’s best receivers after Philadelphia acquired him in 2022. He accumulated 5,034 receiving yards and 32 touchdowns during four seasons with the Eagles while helping the franchise reach two Super Bowls and win one championship.
New England brought him to Foxboro to give Drake Maye a proven No. 1 receiver capable of transforming the Patriots’ offense. Brown now is preparing for the 2026 season while adjusting to a new team and a new home. He and Riley also have spent their first summer as a married couple.
The pregnancy announcement adds another happy development to an already memorable year. Brown’s arrival in New England has created excitement because of what he could accomplish alongside Maye. Wednesday’s news offered a reminder that the most meaningful part of his new chapter will take place away from Gillette Stadium.
