The draw for the 2026/27 UEFA Champions League has taken place with two of the Socceroos’ biggest World Cup stars set for blockbuster league phase matches - including Spanish giants Barcelona.

Following his $33 million move to Portugal giants Sporting Lisbon, Nestory Irankunda can look forward to monster home clashes against Barcelona, Manchester United and Turkish giants Galatasaray, while away trips to Manchester City and Roma also await.

Meanwhile Feyenoord, home of Jordie Bos, has drawn league phase matches against European heavyweights including Barcelona, Inter, FC Porto and Galatasaray.

Bos himself is unlikely to feature until the new year, however, as he continues to recover from knee surgery after being injured during Australia’s Round-of-32 loss to Egypt at the FIFA World Cup in July.
