Liverpool is believed to be close to sealing the signing of Paris Saint-Germain winger Bradley Barcola, in a deal that could have a ripple effect for the final few days of the transfer window.
The Reds have chased Barcola all summer long and have finally agreed a deal with the French side, with the expectation that his arrival could be formally announced any day now. However, Barcola coming in could lead to an exit for Cody Gakpo, with other wingers still being looked at.
One of those is Crystal Palace's Ismaela Sarr, who Liverpool has already taken a look at. Having seen its interest in Yankuba Minteh all-but ended by Brighton's steep asking price, it seems Liverpool is looking around for other options on the right wing.
We'll have all the latest on Barcola, Gakpo, Sarr and more right here in our latest live blog.
Good morning
We're so close to the end, Liverpool fans. The transfer window will close in just a few days, and Reds bosses are working around the clock to get deals done before they're made to wait until January.
We're expecting Bradley Barcola's arrival to be completed and announced well before that deadline, but there's work to do in terms of incomings and arrivals.
Liverpool wants another winger - this time someone who can play on the right - leaving the likes of Harvey Elliott and Federico Chiesa with uncertain futures...
