A Liverpool supporter has been criticized for snatching Alexander Isak's shirt from a younger supporter following the 2-2 draw against Nottingham Forest on Saturday.
The Reds endured a very similar game to the draw against Newcastle United last week. Twice Andoni Iraola's men fell behind to their opponent, and both times they were able to claw their way back onto level terms, but Liverpool has collected only two points from its first two Premier League matches so far.
Liverpool fell behind early at Anfield as Dan Ndoye found the far corner with a clever finish. With an hour gone, Isak then buried his first goal of the campaign as he turned in a fantastic cross from Cody Gakpo.

But once again, the Reds struggled to build on the equalizer and conceded again, this time with Alisson conceding a contentious penalty that was calmly converted by Morgan Gibbs-White. After Victor Munoz won the penalty that resulted in the equalizer against Newcastle last week, this time the Spain international got on the scoresheet himself with a stunning finish in off the crossbar.
Post-match, goalscorer Isak carried out his media duties with broadcaster TNT Sports. The Swede praised the team's fighting spirit to come from behind once again, but admitted it started the game pretty poorly.
Following the interview, as he made his way down the tunnel, he took off his shirt to give to a younger supporter. Instead, an older fan snatched it and walked away, but was rightly called out by onlookers and a nearby steward, which shamed him into handing the shirt back to the young fan.

Unfortunately for the supporter, the incident was caught by the TV cameras, and the clip was subsequently circulated on social media, with supporters of numerous clubs having something to say on the matter. Mainly, how a grown man could snatch a match-worn shirt right out of the hands of a child.
Isak finding the net came at the perfect time for Liverpool after the striker fired blanks in the draw with Newcastle last week. After a challenging first season at Anfield, in which injuries significantly hampered his goal return, Iraola will be relying on him heavily this term, especially in light of Hugo Ekitike's long-term absence.
With a few days left in the transfer window, it's set to be a crucial period for the club as it desperately needs to bolster the squad in key areas. The attack is one of them, with widespread reports emerging in the last couple of days that Liverpool is finally closing in on the signing of PSG winger Bradley Barcola.

But the business surely won't end there as Gakpo continues to be linked with a move away from Anfield before the deadline, a decision that will no doubt be questioned by many after the Dutchman registered an assist for Isak's goal. There also remain some question marks over right back and midfield, although there have been no indications so far that Liverpool is looking to bring in any reinforcements in those positions.

In the meantime, Iraola has plenty to ponder after beginning his Liverpool tenure with back-to-back draws. The Reds are next in action on Friday night with an away trip to face newly promoted Ipswich Town.
