Arsenal have won the race for FC Kolkheti attacking midfielder Andria Bartishvili, according to journalist Fabrizio Romano.
The Gunners are set to pay €4.5m (£3.85m) for the teenager, who will make the switch to England when he turns 18 next year.
Romano has confirmed that Bartishvili has a “medical booked” in London, and he is set to sign a five-year contract with the Premier League champions.

Liverpool and Juventus were also mentioned as potential suitors for the 17-year-old, and it is believed that the player had received several offers.
However, after consulting his family, Bartishvili has decided that a transfer to Mikel Arteta’s side is the best move for him.
Some have compared him to Khvicha Kvaratskhelia due to the fact that he is also Georgian, but he does prefer to play as a no.10 rather than as a winger, even though he can be deployed out wide if needed.

Arsenal have recruited several players for the academy
The Gunners have been busy supplementing their youth ranks with new blood over the past week or so.
Striker Igor Tyjon has arrived from Blackburn Rovers. The club have been pursuing the Polish youth international for well over a year, and they have secured his signature for £1m with another £2m due in performance-related add-ons.
Winger James Scanlon has also been brought in from Manchester United, and his teammate Habeeb Ogunneye is set to follow him to the Emirates. All three players are expected to join the Under-21 setup, at least initially.
New head coach David Horseman has worked with Scanlon and Ogunneye before at United, so he was likely influential in both of them moving down South.
