Every player moved to waivers today (and tomorrow as final cuts are made) will be available to be claimed until Monday afternoon. After that, they will become free agents. All veterans who have been released are immediately available to sign with a new team.

The Broncos have developed a pattern in recent years when it comes to roster gymnastics at the fullback spot. That includes cutting Prentice last summer before stashing him on the practice squad as a gameday elevation for the first three weeks of the campaign. Mike Klis of 9News notes Denver will be taking the same route in 2026. Prentice’s salary ($1.22MM) will not be guaranteed as a result of this move, but it will be paid out as long as he remains healthy through the season.

Bissainthe is among the NFL players eligible to return for a fifth season of college pending the outcome of ongoing court cases surrounding the subject. ESPN’s Adam Schefter confirms he is considering a return to NCAA action if it becomes possible. Bissainthe totaled 204 tackles and five sacks across his career in Miami from 2022-25.

Petit-Frere has totaled 28 starts during the regular season, all of them coming during his Tennessee tenure. The former third-rounder could generate interest as teams seek out depth at the tackle spot. Similarly, Basham could offer teams with an experienced presence on the EDGE depth chart with 43 appearances to his name.
