Will Levis is not ready to speculate about what comes next, but the Tennessee Titans quarterback made it clear that he remains grateful for his time in Nashville. Levis addressed his uncertain future with the Titans following Tennessee's preseason finale against the Chicago Bears. Rather than look ahead to a potential departure, the quarterback chose to reflect on the support he has received since arriving in Tennessee.
“I don't want to predict or talk about things that haven't happened yet, so I don't know. We'll get there when we get there,” Levis told reporters.

Levis was then asked how he would reflect on his time with the Titans regardless of whether he remains with the team. “Very thankful. Very, very thankful,” he said.
The Titans selected Levis in the second round of the 2023 NFL Draft, and he entered the organization with plenty of expectations. His tenure in Tennessee, however, has been marked by inconsistency and injuries, while the franchise's decision to select Cam Ward with the No. 1 overall pick in the 2025 NFL Draft fundamentally changed the quarterback situation.
Ward is entrenched as Tennessee's starter, leaving Levis facing an uncertain path with the franchise. ClutchPoints recently projected the Titans' 53-man roster with Ward and Mitchell Trubisky as the team's quarterbacks while suggesting Levis' time in Nashville could be coming to an end.
Still, the 27-year-old's comments showed that his connection to Tennessee goes beyond his position on the depth chart. He specifically thanked the people who welcomed him when he arrived, as well as the Nashville community and everyone within the organization.
“Sandy brought me in here and welcomed me with open arms, as well as everyone else here in Nashville and the team,” Levis said.
Levis previously made his confidence in his ability clear, saying he believes he is “100%” an NFL starting quarterback and that there are not 32 quarterbacks better than him.
Whether that next opportunity comes in Tennessee or elsewhere remains to be seen. For now, he is choosing not to look beyond what has actually happened. His message to Titans fans, however, was unmistakable: regardless of where his NFL career goes next, he will remain thankful for the support he received in Tennessee.
